Q: How do I place an order?
A: Please email info@sweetaliceconfections.com to order. Information regarding pricing, flavours, etc. can be found on our “Menu“ page. We typically reply within 24 hours.
Q: How much lead time do you need?
A: We typically book up about a week in advance (holidays book up much quicker). Each weekend we try to put out last minute boxes on our facebook page. We also offer mid-week deal boxes, which we are normally able to take last minute orders for. Please see our MENU for more information regarding our mid-week deals.
Q: Are your cupcakes/cakes peanut free?
A: Although our products are peanut free, they are not made in a peanut free facility, which mean it is possible for them to come into contact with nuts.
Q: Do you offer gluten free or vegan options?
A: Currently we do not cater to any dietary restrictions. Our cupcakes contain gluten and dairy.
Q: Are your cupcakes freezable?
A: Our cupcakes and icing freeze very well. Customers have told us they are good weeks later. Let them defrost for about an hour before consuming.
Q: Do I need to refrigerate my cupcakes?
A: Our cupcakes are best eaten at room temp. They should be stored in a cool, dry place, but do not refrigerated as it will quickly dry them out. If not eating within 24 hours of pick up up, it’s best to freeze them for later consumption. As with all freshly baked goods, your cupcakes will be best if consumed within 24 hours. But they do stay good for several days.
Q: How are the bouquets packed?
A: Our bouquets are packed on an anti slip mat in a sealed box for safe transport. Please ensure the bouquet is placed on a flat surface in the vehicle (not on the seat which is slanted). Our bouquets travel well.
Q: Do you use lard or shortening in your products?
A: We do not use lard or shortening in any of our products.
Q: What if I want to change my order once it's placed?
A: You can make alterations to your order, but please note when we are ready to make your order we will pull your email history so we can see any pictures and instructions you have given. The more changes you make, the more chances we have of missing certain notes and making it closer to your original request. Email does not always pull up all communication/photos sequentially. We take no responsibility for alterations made after the original order is placed, but we do our best to make sure we've read through all notes/pictures.
