Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How do I place an order?

A. Please place all orders through our Online Order page. There you can select your preferred date and time for pick up, and you can select exactly what you would like to order and let us know your preferred colours.

Q. How does pick up work?

A. We offer contactless pick up, so your labeled order will be placed outside at your order pick up time. Please arrive promptly at your designated pick up time. If you are early, please park on the opposite side of the street and wait for your order to be placed outside. Please do not ring the bell.

Q. How are the bouquets packed?

A. All of our bouquets come in a high quality window box. The bouquet is placed on an anti-slip mat to ensure it does not move during transport. Our Jumbo Bouquets of 30 come in a handmade box on an anti-slip mat.

Q. How do I safely transport my cupcakes?

A. Please ensure all cupcakes are kept flat in transport. Never stack the boxes as it can cause the cupcakes to dislodge from their place and destroy the buttercream flowers.

Q. Do you offer gluten free or vegan cupcakes?

A. No sorry, at this point we do not cater to dietary restrictions.

Q. Are your products nut free?

A. Our cupcakes and icing are nut free, but not made in a nut free facility. As such, anyone with a severe nut allergy should not eat our products.

Q. How much lead time do you need?

A. It just depends on how quickly we book up. Sometimes we are able to take last minute orders, and other times we are booked up a few weeks in advance. Holidays tend to book up about a month in advance.
